Modern house, walk-through and 360 tour

What it is

A single-storey house raised on brick piers, with a front porch, a charcoal metal roof, board-and-batten siding, French doors and an open great room with a kitchen, living area and dining room.

It hasn't been built. That's the use: a builder, an architect or a developer can show a buyer the house, walk them through the door and let them stand in the kitchen before the slab is poured.

How it was made

• ModelThe house, porch, roof and every room built in Blender from a script, furnished with pieces built in code plus free CC0 furniture and textures from Poly Haven.
• LightA dusk exterior with the interior lights on, so the windows glow from the street.
• FilmOne continuous walk from the street, up the porch, through the French doors to the kitchen: 480 frames in EEVEE, 7.65 seconds a frame, about an hour.
• TourEight 360 panoramas at 4096 by 2048, rendered in Cycles and linked into a tour that runs in the browser.
